In Sports leadership i have been learning how to set goals by using the hellison model to compare and challenge not only myself but also my peer i have teamed up with to reflect on each others improvements. The level i am at for social responsibility in 12PESL this year is level 4. I am at this level because my confidence skills help me support my team and show leadership skills and stepping up and taking the role of leading the team. Moving off this level to level 5 is massive step but taking time out of my own time to help the community come together as one and stand as one solid movement to fight for what needs to change in our community. Someone needs to take the lead and take a stand for our community and give back what we need and what needs to change. For example, in Kio Rahi i find it easy to give instructions towards my team to work together and build that bond we need to accomplish and overcome challenges.

Speed ball:
Just recently i participated in a game of speed ball which requires two teams contesting for the ball non stop to score points. Showing leadership in a game of speed ball contains a strong level of communication, Team work and integrity. The level I am working at relating to speed ball would be most suitable as level 3 by following the rules and accomplishing goals and self standards set by myself in previous classes.
